SITA

SITA service centers are at the core of our day-to-day collection operations. These sites provide crucial infrastructure for the management and supervision of our collection operations including administration, maintenance, container storage and preparation, vehicle wash down and refueling facilities.

Some SITA service centers also provide fundamental recycling activities such as paper & cardboard baling or act as a transition point for other recyclable materials.

East Gippsland Shire Council

East Gippsland Shire Council provides governance and leadership for the local community through advocacy, decision making and action. It is responsible for the delivery of over 100 Local Government services to the residents of East Gippsland.

The Advisory Board acts as a consultative mechanism for Council and the community; provides recommendations on the best way for Council to approach Environmental Sustainability in East Gippsland, where Council has a role in acting on, influencing or regulating appropriate strategic outcomes; and oversees the implementation of the East Gippsland Environmental Sustainability Strategy 2008-2013 and yearly action plans that take into consideration the responsibilities of the key stakeholders in the region.
